Cardio Trainerを使っていますが、スマホの記録をパソコン上でも確認できることがわかりました。

昨日は、ジョギングシューズを久々に買い換えました。酷暑を乗り切り､万一の停電に備えるためにも週4回を目標に早朝ジョギングを続けようと思います。週7回ではないのは、早く出かける日は、無理をせず外すためです。

計算問題の補講

前期は担当している金融関係の科目にはどれも簡単な計算が含まれています。今日4限目はそんなわけで希望者向けの補講。参加した学生は2名ですが、2人ともよくわかったと満足げ。計算力がどのあたりに潜んでいて、それをどうすれば引き出せるかを、実際に間近に見る貴重な機会でもあります。汎用的能力の強化もこのあたりにヒントがありそうです。

嬉しいしらせ。3連休中で無理なく最後まで見ることができた人も多いと思う。
