ということなので、経済的なグローバル化、政治的民主主義、および、国民国家はそれぞれに対立する面があり、一時に満たせるのはこの３つのうち2つで、3つすべてを満たすのは困難ということ。
以前、伊藤洋一さんが書かれていたこととも通じますね。
