登録していないBlogは中国ではアクセスできなくなった

中国では最近のルール（規制）変更により、登録していないブロッグにはアクセスができなくなっているらしい。ルール自体も中国らしくてすごいけれど、そういったことを可能にする中国のwebテクノロジーの進歩もすごいと思ってしまうのは私が素人だからだろうか？

Chedong told me that some more blogs in China can't be accessed because they didn't register their site following recent regulation to force any non-commercial web sites hosted in China to claim their site in a central gov database.

A populat blogger, Topku, also a guest blogger on cnblog, said that his blog site was stopped by ISP without any noticifation. ISPs' working model is to shut down any hosting site first, then request the user to claim their site to restore the service.
